Tampa BayWatch – My Thoughts on the Bucs

Bucs Sign QB coach, still need RB coach

The Bucs made another off season move by hiring Greg Olson to be their QB’s coach. It reunites Olson, with Jeff Garcia as the two were together with the 49ers. Olson comes in from the Rams, where their offence had stuttered last season. Olson spent two seasons as the Rams OC ,which  included an 06 campaign that saw it ranked sixth in the NFL in total offense in ‘06, averaging 360.4 yards per game. Olson replaces Paul Hackett.

The Bucs have one vacancy to fill and that’s the RB coach. Earnest Byner of the Redskins has been interviewed but the Bucs are still believed to be looking for their man
